Ocean of consciousness

Imagine what is beyond space, the infinity that we reside in. Why is existence? What is existence? I'd always ponder this as a kid, Like, it could've just as easily been nothing, Yet, nothing is something or the knowledge of something lacking. What is the foundation of reality? The blanket of reality is consciousness, the one who knows. There can be nothing whatsoever, without something that knows it. There can be no physical material without a consciousness to be aware of it. Likewise, the knower would not know itself to exist without something other than itself, the known. the appearance of duality. Pure consciousness is aware, without having something to be aware of it is simply sat cit ananda, This means eternal, conscious, bliss, in Sanskrit. This pure awareness is you. It's not your thoughts, memories, or perceptions. It is simply awareness and it's state is infinite happiness. Peace, love, happiness, these are words describing the natural state of the ocean of consciousness, which is you. Look within as deep as you can go and find where you begin. Don't stop digging. When you get to the mind, pay attention and see that mind just works, like breathing, you can participate or simply watch it think, remember, perceive. You are the knower, everything you know is other than you. So why is happiness the natural state of consciousness? It is fluid, any other state falls back into a sense of peace, pain is a bump within peace. Happiness, love, peace, these are one infinite state and its the background of all experience. You are this eternal conscious bliss, God is this consciousness, You and God are one. This state is always present. It's the foundation of your life. In stillness, when you realize you are THAT, this is contentment. There's a nice little story about finding God. A fish hears of this wonderful thing called water, He is determined to find it. He asks all the other fish if they've seen it, The other fish cant find it either. They were born in water, water is the background of their life, it's everywhere and they cant see it. In a similar way God is everywhere, the background of your life. Eternal conscious bliss. All suffering will be completely dissolved in God. Your "I", your sense of being is THIS. Life is like a movie, Tears will flow, anger will rise, excitement, and love. When you walk out of the theater you'll say, "That's the best movie I've seen in a while". All experiences, all suffering, will dissolve back into eternal happiness. You don't love things or people, you are love projecting itself as things and people. God is pure love and we are all eternally safe within it. Blessings.
