2 Minds

The material existence is a dance of energy. It is a place where souls inhabit material to experience each other. Souls are like the waves in the ocean of God, all connected, all one. Creatures on earth all have an innate nature, they create a balance, that is, the earth. God's light animates them all. The nature of a human being is essentially 2 minds.

One is in complete union with God and its our true nature. It simply sees and it is good.

Practicing The Way will align you with this mind. The other mind is isolated, afraid, and selfish. This mind sees itself as this or that, it identifies with ideas, it identifies with what is seen. The first mind, that is your true nature, it is the seer. It cannot be seen. The second mind is completely natural, a survival mechanism for earthly existence but you must realize this mind has no solidity in reality, though we must work with it. By doing The Practice daily you will identify yourself with the first mind and understand your true nature, you will also see the second mind as simply a process. If you go into the stillness with resistance, inhabiting the second mind, the mind that is the source of ignorance and wrong-doing, this mind will be burnt up and you will see yourself as gone. This is hell. If you discover yourself to be the first mind that dwells in the light of God and you fully enter the stillness with understanding, joy, and acceptance, then there will be no mind to be burnt. This is heaven. It is eternally here and now. Know that you cannot fathom non-existence because you existing is the foundation of reality. When you see yourself in the stillness, as in deep sleep, death, between births, you will understand the magic of reality. We dwell, eternally safe, in God's light, and experience of the physical world is an eternal process. Let go of your idea of yourself, practice The Way, and respond effortlessly in a state of goodness. This will deepen The Practice and you will discover your true nature as an unborn, uncreated, and unlimited conscious being that dwells in the light of God, our home.
